This system will provide you 55 to 60 gallons’ cylindrical drums, components delivered in a compact way. The components will be assembled upon arrival, through 5 easy- to- operate machines.

This service contemplates the installation of a manufacturing assembly plant integrated to your company’s productive process. In just 225 square feet it’s possible to install the plant, keeping up to 200 ready-to-use drums in store and a stock of 2.880 drums (its separate components) ready to be produced.

Our qualified team of technicians supervises the installation and start-up of the plant and also provides the necessary training to start activities. We schedule a technical visit at least once a year, according to the particular needs of each client.

It’s an ideal solution for clients that either require a large number of drums in a short time span, have limited storage space or that are at a considerable distance from their manufacturing plants, like the food industry (pulp, pure and concentrated fruit and vegetable juices), lubricant companies, mining and chemical industries, among others.

Fixed lid cylindrical drums are specially designed for the packaging of lubricant oils, vegetable oils, solvents, industrial detergents and agricultural products, among others.

Some versions of the fixed lid drum are certified for maritime transportation of hazardous substances, in accordance to UN international standards,

The standard closures system is available in two different caps in its upper part, of 2” and ¾” respectively. Caps feature their own safety seals.

We offer different finishing options:

• Available with or without interior coating.
• Interior coating option with epoxy phenolic polish, recommended for the packaging of food and pharmaceutical products.
• High quality exterior painting.
• Colors upon client request, according to RAL primer.

Our conical drums with removable lids have been specially designed for clients in agroindustry.

The design, allows savings in storage and transportation costs during agricultural campaigns, in which great amounts of packaging are required on a short term basis. The quality and trajectory of this product has given us world wide renown, due to its excellent quality and also for the reliability in the provision and our service.

Rheem’s 58 and 60 gallons’ conical drums are mainly used to host pulp and concentrated fruit and vegetable juices, packaged in aseptic bags.

The closing system is available in lids made of steel with stainless characteristics, with an electro-zinced rim featuring a lever lock system.
