DM MODELS

Description

Our family of DM pails is made of plastic containers of conical shape, injected in Polypropylene (PP). The available capacities are of ¼, ½ and 1 gallon.

The closing lids are injected with the same material, obtaining adequate hermeticity in sealing.

½ and 1 gallon pails feature a handle that facilitates manual handling.

Their main uses are fruit preserves, paint, adhesive paste, among others. Possibilities are endless!

Available in colors in the white line and clarified. We can work in any color upon request. Just ask us!

DP MODELS

Description

Our family of DP pails is made of plastic containers of conical shape, injected in Polypropylene (PP).

The closing lids are injected with the same material, obtaining adequate hermeticity in sealing. There’s also the possibility of incorporating a pourer with a Flex-Spout kind safety lock, or a Poly-Reseal plug that allows to partially or totally empty the product, as well as for packaging products that require to be mixed or colored with other pigments.

This new design enables the elimination of the tubular packing and keeps the necessary hermeticity in closing, allowing for the packaging of a wide array of products, such as water based paint, ceramic adhesives, paste and textures.

For their manipulation, pails feature a handle made of galvanized wire  that facilitates transportation.

Our products are available in colors in the white line and clarified. We can work in any color upon request. Just ask us!

DR MODELS

Description

Our DR model pails (Designed by Rheem) are plastic containers that are mostly used in packaging for paint.

In the case of the 1 gallon pails, they are cylindrically shaped and injected in Polypropylene (PP).

The rest of the pails in this family are conically shaped, hold a 10 litres, 5 gallons and 20 litres capacity, and are injected in PEAD polythene.

They all feature easy to open lids (TS), injected in polyethylene. There’s also the possibility to incorporate a pourer with a Flex-Spout kind safety lock, or a Poly-Reseal plug that allows to partially or totally empty the product, as well as to package products that require to be mixed or colored with other pigments.

The 10 liters, 5 gallons and 20 liters formats have an excellent hermiticity:  their lids feature a tubular packing device that’s ideal for the packaging of chemicals and lubricant oils.

For their manipulation, pails feature a handle made of galvanized wire  that facilitates transportation.
