What is the system about?
This service contemplates the installation of an manufacturing plant integrated to your company’s productive process. In just 225 square meters, it’s possible to install the plant, keeping up to 200 drums in store as well as a stock of 2.880 components ready to be assembled. This service improves storage capacity from six to eight times.
Our qualified team of technicians supervises the installatin and start-up of the plant and also provides the necessary training to start the activities. We schedule a technical visit at least once a year, according to the particular needs of each client.
Metallic components travel to your company already painted and decorated, to be kept in storage until production. This solution represents thousands of dollars’ worth in savings per year, among many other productive advantages, such as flexibility when facing the demands of a fluctuant market.
Working with this innovative system optimizes from six to eight times the transport capacity, and storage increases from 10 to 15 times when compared to traditional cylindrical drums.
CLARIFIED PAILS
It’s no secret that buying decisions are determined by the appearance of things. That’s why an attractive container is essential and gets even better when the consumer is able to observe the real product through the container, like paint, food and others. With this idea in mind, Rheem started at the beginning of the year 2017 a development process with various suppliers of raw materials, so the materiality of containers could be translucent, without losing their required functional properties. This allowed us to be present in the whole Latin American region along with Sodimac and its “Kolor” brand.

One of the main and most usual products in agroindustry is the concentrated fruit juice. It is used not only in drinks and soda manufacturing, but also as a natural sweetener for a large number of foods that are consumed all over the world. As is often the case, the main markets for these goods are located at a considerable distance from the main productive centers. This is where logistic efficiency becomes critical and the best packaging systems must be used.
The neck in drums produced at Rheem travel straight from our factory to the production plants of the main producers of concentrated fruit juice in the southern hemisphere, and from there they reach all the corners of the world in the best conditions, protecting the product’s quality and optimizing the load volumes in containers and in all the supply chain.
